Fax Mail

Companies are giving their employees the tools to be more productive and one means is the ability to send and receive faxes through their emails. No software or hardware isrequired. Fax Mail - Fax to Email (Inbound Fax) and Email to Fax (Outbound Fax) is very simple to use via your current email client. Each employee can be assigned a local or toll-free fax number which can then be configured to link to their email address for fax delivery. Or if only outbound fax capability is desired for your employees, we can grant Domain Access so that all employees can utilize the email to send outbound fax.

Fax to Email - Inbound fax: Your customers will never receive a busy signal; the system is architected to handle millions of faxes a day for a "Never Busy Fax" experience. The system will convert the inbound fax and then send you an email with the fax attached as either a PDF or TIFF file. From there you can view the document, store the document for later use and reference, or send the document along to the next work flow process step. Inbound faxes utilizing PDF files can be password protected to address HIPAA and other security concerns.

Email to Fax - Outbound Fax: Using your existing email client you simply address the email TO: field with the fax number@fax2mail.com For example: 8005551234@fax2mail.com. For international faxes you must also include 011 and the country code before the fax number.

With outbound faxes you can receive an acknowledgment email back from the system when the fax is delivered. Or in the case of an error, the service will report back in an email stating why it was unable to send the fax, along with an attached copy of the fax. Common errors include voice picks up, non-active phone numbers, no fax tone, or line continuously busy. The system will try up to 4 times to deliver the fax if the line is busy or no fax tone. You only pay for delivered faxes.

There are several set corporate pricing plans avaliable as well as pricing plans that account for custom solutions with volume discounts available. The Subscription Plan allows you to choose the total number of pages your company would send in an average month and all those pages are shared by all the registered users. Or choose the Individual Registration Plan which includes a set number of pages for the user to send or receive for a small monthly fee.
